Question / Help Stream freezes

Hello, since recent I' am having problems were my stream either stops and freezes or get black screen throughout the rest of the stream. The audio, as far as i know always continues. It seems to happen when I look at the map or go into the menu. It happens with all the recent games I played: the Witcher 3, Planetside 2, Rust and Saints row IV.

I've never had this problem before. It started maybe a couple months ago.

First:

18:48:27:     target-usage: MFX_TARGETUSAGE_1_BEST_QUALITY

QSV (quicksync) cant do 1080@60 with quality preset, you need to use balanced preset.


Second,

, try disabling the other hooking application

Uninstall raptr (aka gaming evolved) or disable the recording function

Hmm, could you explain, because I've always used ''best quality'' without having these issieus before?

In which of the logs did you see Raptr enabled, because the stream from earlier today, Witcher 3 I disabled Raptr. I rather not deinstal it because i use that quite often.

I will try QSV in ballanced mode and disable Raptr with a couple of games and report back tonight or tomorrow and thanks for the quick responce!

It all depends on the GPU load at the time. but 1080@60 has ALWAYS been balanced preset or lower. 720@30/60, can be left at quality.

After turning QSV preset to ballanced the Witcher 3 and Planetside 2 work without the stream freezing, so far. I still have problems with Saints Row IV, but I think it's different than the other two games. Where the other two games froze randomly, I haven't been able to get the stream working at all with SR4. It hangs as soon as I press ''start stream''.
