My stream freezes when i try to use more than 1500max bitrate settings

I stream dota 2 and it

Pc specs:
Graphics:Nvidia GeForce GTX 560
Procesor: Intel core I5 2550K CPU @ 3.40GHz

that doesn't look like a full log. Can you stream for a bit then send that log? use the upload method under the help menu and copy the link here.

Also, test your stream connection using this utility:

http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/tech-support/478845-twitchtest-twitch-bandwidth-tester

speedtests and advertized speeds dont mean hardly anything when streaming, they are more of a reference since you still have to pipe through the internet to get to the twitch ingest server.

run the test a few times.

There is only a few things I could find wrong with your log, but nothing that would directly cause you to be having huge issues.

1. you have a gigabit network card thats only connecting at 100Mb/s, this is usually either an old our outdated cat5 or you are connecting through a 10/100 hub.
2. it is taking an exceedingly long time to connect to the twitch server. about 1000ms, both ingests. not sure about this but

the two above are something to check out but nothing that shows freezing on OBS's end

Other thoughts:
Code:
WARNING: Another hook is already present
while trying to hook d3d9.dll, hook target is
unknown. If you experience crashes, try
disabling the other hooking application

check to ensure steam, in-home streaming and broadcast is disabled if you dont use them.

Code:
Audio timestamp for device 'Microphone
(Realtek High Definition Audio)'

dont use mic timestamps.

How do i check/fix if its my gigabit network card, I tried reseting my modem for a little while,
Everything seems fine on the OBS part, but my stream is just buffering alot on twitch, and whenever some1 opens multiple twitch streams, my stream just goes into loading phase,
I did multiple long tests duration (60sec) on the twitch bandwith test and all servers are 10000kpbs Bandwidth RTT 28-47ms Quality 98-99
I am completely lost , and i really wanna try streaming for a little while, it just seems my stream is getting buffered alot.
Do i maybe need a special cable connecting my computer and modem since i got a new fiber optic internet.
These are my internet test results from the testmy.net website
Download :: 55.4 Mbps 6.9 MB/s
arrow-up-doubleM.png
Upload :: 9.8 Mbps 1.2 MB/s
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Ill add another log file

the most current log shows no issues. you shouldn't watch streams from your streaming machine. I would try 2500bitrate and see if your viewers still have the same issues. the issues doesn't seem to be on your side.

I did some testing and some more log analyzing and i got this
''The server you are streaming to (rtmp://live-lhr.twitch.tv/app) took 840 ms to connect. This may mean your connection or the server is slow, or the server is far away from you. If you are using twitch.tv, you may want to try using JTVPing to find an optimal server.''

It looks like i have good connection to twitch servers while using low bittrate, but then it gets bad once i go over 2000bitrate,
Could it maybe be something with my RAM or something cuz i remember my friend told me to tinker it abit way back when i first got this PC

I've been reading around and some ppl say that using the Nvidia encoder instead of the x264 in OBS fixed it for them, could that maybe be it

Should i try contacting my ISP, can this even be an issue if i have 20upload internet speed

sometimes congestion is hard to pinpoint. ISPs dish out a lot of their upload speed to twitch while their download is typically to youtube and netflix. Anyway, if you are just adjusting your bitrate then have issues, it has nothing to do with your PC, no ram plays a small part in encoding. its mainly the CPU doing the work.

I would try different ingests and see if your problem resolved itself.

since its an sandy bridge setup its most certain that your motherboard only runs a 100mbit netwerk adapter 1gbit really got mainstream with ivy bridge on desktop machines.

and i assume its rather buffering than freezing what you are trying to explain because logwise everything looks pretty fine except for the latency which dping already said.
18:20:40: Completed handshake with rtmp://live-fra.twitch.tv/app in 932 ms.

as a side note depending on the game you dont really have to run high bitrates with a lower resolution 1280x800 should totally be fine with ~2000-2500 bitrate

I wasn't aware of any PC motherboard in the past 10 years that only ran 100Mbps. I've honestly only seen 1000 unless its a micro-board or some DIYS kit
