Question / Help Stream freezes for a few seconds

In short, Im streaming LoL on Twitch with a AMD FX8350, AMD Radeon 6970 and 100 Mbit up/down. The stream freezes for 5-10 seconds then works for 5-10 seconds and keeps going like that.

except for reading the thread and lowering bitrate resolution change the ingest server and see of any of those helps with the buffering which is a big problem lately with twitch

I have recently moved to hitbox and whilst it is better it still has the freeze then unfreeze every few seconds like twitch.
