Question / Help Stream freezes first 2 seconds

Hi I recently got an Elgato HD60 and OBS Classic. I searched up settings on YouTube and I guess they don't work. I need help because I really want to stream but it freezes the first 2 seconds.I don't know what to do. Any help or recommendations is appreciated. Thank you
