Question / Help Stream - Freezes every second, then freezes forever

This is a problem I had since I got OBS.

I have been through tutorials showing off the normal settings for a good stream. Once I got them right I clicked preview stream. The preview was kinda good, with a little bit of lag. I took that as normal. BUT, once i clicked ,,Start Streaming'' it started to stream, freezed every second for about 1-2 second, and then after 20 seconds it FREEZED FOREVER. What I mean about that is that it freezed, and the only way to unfreeze was to restart the whole stream. I have looked this up on Google, YouTube, Obsproject, Twitch, but none of the suggestions didnt work. I still have this problem and don't know how to fix it. I would really like if this website could actually help me, that's another sad face over here.

ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Hello everyone! This is my second ,,Thread'', again for the same problem. This problem has met many people. So I went here finding the issue. Until now, I haven't found it. The issue is - My stream preview works kinda good. But the real stream doesnt. Sometimes OBS freezes my stream forever - is that, that it freezes and the only way to unfreeze is to restart the whole stream! I have seen many people trying to fix this problem, but havent found any that have. I really want to fix it, but havent find a way how. I hope someone of the ,,Normal Helpful staff, members'' will help me. This problem is around for a sudden long time. No one knows if it's the fu*king twitch, or this bit*h. I really want to stream but here's my problem


I hope someone will finally help me and others too.... :(
