Question / Help Stream Freezes but sound continues

Just recently starting playing D&D Neverwinter again and was gonna stream some. Every time i seem to live stream it seems to stream for few seconds and then freeze but the sound continues. Any help would be appreciated.

Ah, you ignored the warning message that popped up when you changed the x264 preset. Change your x264 preset back to veryfast. Also, you'll probably want to change your FPS back to 30 as well, because I don't think your CPU can handle encoding 60 FPS video.

Finally, your GPU is really really slow. If you're still getting slowdowns, you'll probably have to downscale your resolution to 480p or lower.

What do you mean by "a little laggy"? "Lag" is a very generic word and can mean a lot of things.
