Question / Help Stream Freeze?

My friend and I love to stream, but I was getting a lot of lag whilst doing so ( I didn't get any lag while recording before, but ever since I changed my settings it lags). I started looking up things and changing my settings to try to have the lag go down, and I finally fixed the lag. But, when I did that my stream froze at one frame and it looked like this at the bottom of OBS: http://prntscr.com/79srax

I've tried changing my settings, restarting my computer, and other things. I don't know what's wrong.

First, your computer's CPU is rather old and slow for playing games and encoding them at the same time. Right now it basically isn't able to encode at all.

Set your preset to UltraFast. Set your framerate to 30. Use a downscale to lower your encoding resolution. And then pray you're playing a card game or something that doesn't push your computer very hard.
