Question / Help Stream flashing

Hello,

I wanted to start streaming before but I only had a laptop so i needed a better computer because my CPU was too low.
So I bought a brand new computer and wanted to stream but since then I got a problem with my stream even tho i got the same Settings then on my old computer.

So I wanted to Stream League of Legends and ingame everything works perfectly but when I start to Stream or even make the stream preview, my Stream starts to flash even tho that my CPU power is still lower then 50% and my graphic card usage is by 30%. The flash is only there when i'm ingame streaming. It's a flash that come like 2-4 times a seconds. It's a little bit like the whole screen is going away and comes back.

Would be really nice if someone can help me!

Don't use Monitor Capture or Window Capture with a fullscreen game. Avoid using Monitor Capture in Windows 7 entirely if you can. Either Use Game Capture for the game client, or run the game in windowed/borderless windowed mode and use Window Capture with Aero enabled.
