Question / Help Stream Flashes Pixels/Grainy/"Snow"

This only happens when trying to stream the game MX Simulator, every other game I have done works perfect. The video feed flashes/flickers with a very grainy look/a lot of random pixles flash every few seconds, I have spent hours fighting with it and have no clue what is causing it.

A log of messing with it briefly gave me this

14:50:36: Failed to load plugin plugins/CLRHostPlugin.dll, 193

Last game capture log:

That was just me messing with it today to try to get it to work for a few minutes, I hopefully dont look like someone begging for views here, but I linked a video of what is happening with it when I try to stream below, any help is much appreciated.

EDIT: should mention this happens when using the game capture mode

Post the full log please.

Also, try without fraps running.
I did not have fraps running to my knowledge and I was streaming it about 5 minutes ago for a minute and it still does what it does in the video, however, if I switch to using a window capture it doesnt, but window capture is annoying to work with and etc...

At some point in this log I was playing MX simulator which is the only game this happens with.

Looking at that log there is still something causing a hook conflict (According to the log analyzer)

Also, the twitch server you're trying to use may be the problem. Have you tried others?
