Stream drops consistently every 30 minutes

I have been having an issue that is causing my live stream to disconnect every 30 minutes. It reconnects within a few minutes but routinely disconnects.
I've worked with my ISP on any potential issues and also adjusted numerous settings on my streaming PC with no luck.
I posted my log to see if anyone can maybe point me in the right direction.
