Question / Help Stream Dropping Frames

Hello Reader
I am trying to set my stream up on twitch and play minecraft. However on twitch it looks like its lagging. I already used the OBS estimator and adjusted my settings to those. But i still have the same problem.

There dropped frames on twitch and i do not know how to resolve it.

Go on OBS go on Minecraft properties go down until you see stretch image to screen then save exit and record/livestream then do edit scene and stretch it until you make it right. Hope this helped if it did please help me!!!

@Colbablast Gamez if you can skype me that will be great cause i dont understand where the stretch image is cause i have a mac. my skype is- ImTheRealPanda_
