Question / Help Stream does not load

Hi guys. Here are my specs. The description of the issue is below as well.

i5-3570k
8.0GB DDR3 667Mhz
MSI GTX 760 Twin Frozr
R7000 Nighthawk router stock firmware
Motorola Surfboard 6141 modem
100/10 connection with TWC located in NY, NY

Streaming from one out of 3 monitors. Native resolution is 1920x1200. OBS set to take 1920x1080 and finally downscaled to 1280x720

For some reason, my stream will never load. While sharing my link with a few friends, they say that the stream will not load for them. It used to work here and there but would never actually stream the video without issues. It would work for some and not load for others. At the current moment, it does not load for anyone I give my twitch link to.

By the end of a 2 hour live stream, the stream still does not load. I have zero dropped frames by the end as well. I am quite confused as to why it would not load then. Is twitch just not giving me the bandwidth to load? Or is TWC restricting me (again.... nothing is dropped.... so that doesn't make sense for me). I've tried various bitrates of 3k - 7.5k and still no dropped frames so I'm sure my connection can handle it. I will attach a log of my previous stream and a few pictures of my obs settings as well.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

besides the obvious that 7k bitrate is twice the recommended, you've lowered it in the same session. reduce to 3500 in a new session (stop/start) and try again. I dont know if twitch has blocked you or whatever but there isn't a reason other than your insane bitrate that you shouldn't load. I have a friend streams at 5k bitrate with little issues even though I've told him countless times. 7k imo is way to high. stick with 3500 to rule that issue out. once you get streaming, you can tweak with the settings.
I would also lower your stream to 720@30 2500 bitrate veryfast preset and see if that works. if it doesn't then you know there is a different issue.
