Question / Help Stream disconnecting constantly.

Not sure what to do anymore. Checked the read-before-posting thread and the only thing I haven't done is call my ISP up. I'd like to be sure its them though, before I call them.

I even changed to 30 fps for the most recent stream. Didn't help at all. Stream still drops, says reconnecting in 10 seconds, and reconnects with no issues and disconnects again in a few minutes.

If anyone can help, it'd be greatly appreciated.

Should I change based on what that program says? Other times I tried it Ashburn, VA is leaps and bounds ahead of the others, but apparently is dead atm. Last time I tried, Seattle failed but apparently it's the best now. Seems very fluid.

Edit - and yes, this was done with all other programs closed.

Edit 2 - ran a second one with 30 seconds test duration. East coast wins, Seattle and CA loses. Probably the internet crapping out in the middle of the tests or somethin' stupid.

I'd go with the highest quality server from your results which would be Seattle.

Okay, last test 5 minutes long per server. Probably just need to go ahead and call my isp and ask them why my connection fluctuates so much. I'm sure a line chart can be made for how much my bandwidth has fluctuated just with the data from these 3 tests.
