Stream Delay

Hello, basically I am new to streaming on twitch and I've noticed that my stream has a delay. I have watched many tutorials on how to get at least 2 seconds of delay, but I still always have 6 seconds of delay. It feels like I've done everything I can, I enabled stream delay and set it to 1 second, turned off "preserve cutoff point," set the bitrate that my pc can stream smoothly on, turned on low latency mode on twitch, and set keyframe interval to 1 second. Any help would be appreciated.

All what you did cause more delay. Undo everything.
It's normal to have delay as it depends on how far are you from the twitch servers, your ISP, then the time the servers take to process the stream and send it to viewers, where all the previous times are counted again.
Enabling stream delay adds more delay, not less.

Use the Auto-comfiguration Wizard (tools menu) and apply the settings it gives you. Restart OBS and test.
Do not follow random videos with guides on how to screw your settings.
