It doesn't show the top of the window or the bottom. I fixed my old problem with the black bar sides, but i'm faced with a new problem :/ Anyone got any advice?

Could you post an image or vod of this? Log file would also be somewhat nice.

So you have a 1280x1024 monitor. That's a 5:4 ratio. The Twitch player has a 16:9 ratio, so by default, if you set OBS to match your monitor's resolution, Twitch will play a 5:4 video in it's 16:9 player, which will leave the empty areas of the player black ("black bars"). It looks like you decided to "fix" that "problem" with the monitor capture by stretching the image so that it filled the screen, even though that caused the picture to be come quite distorted and squished.

The "problem" with the Window capture is similar. First, you can select the source and press CTRL+F to make it fit in the scene, and then press Edit Scene and hold Shift and drag the edges to skew and distort the image to shoehorn it into a 16:9 resolution.

But honestly I don't think it's worth distorting the picture to get rid of the "black bars". If you want to stream at a 16:9 resolution, get a 16:9 monitor, or play the game in a window at a 16:9 resolution. Stretching the picture looks ugly.

I'm having the same problem sense last week, I have everything set to my monitors resolution 1920x1080 and it's down scaled to 1280x720, But my viewers say there are black bars on the top and bottom of my twitch stream so I preview my stream and it looks fine. until I realized I was viewing it on my other monitor that is 1920x1200 so it looked fine. when I look at my stream on my monitor that is 1920x1080 it has black bars on the top and bottom so for some reason my stream is in 19:10 instead of 16:9 but everything is set to 16:9 so I don't understand what is going on I've never had this problem before. My game runs off of my 1920x1080 monitor not my 1920x1200.
