Question / Help Stream Console Through OBS

So I figure the title is self explanatory, but let me break this down first. In my possession I have 1 PC w/ dual monitors, an Elgato HD, an Xbox One, and a USB headset that I use on my PC.

Now here's the question. I've hooked Elgato up all fine and dandy, even to the point that it's been loaded into OBS and plays just fine. But for the life of me I can't figure out the audio aspect. It seems that streamers are able to not only get in-game audio perfectly fine through their headset, but they're also able to communicate via Skype or Teamspeak with their friends at the same time. How the crap is this done?! Is it certain headset that allow hookup to both the PC for Skype and the console for in-game audio at the same time? What piece of the puzzle am I missing that allows this? I've Googled left and right for an answer, to no avail, which kind of implies I'm being very derpy about this whole thing. Any help would be MUCH appreciated!

There are some headsets (notably Astro) that provide a 'mixamp' that allows the headset to receive audio from console and PC at the same time. They also may be listening to the audio coming through their capture device... many provide a low latency. The Elgato is not one of these.

I can dig it! Appreciate the help! I was gonna plop down the cash for some Astros soon, anyway. You've now validated that decision. Much obliged!
