Question / Help Stream Comes out Black

Under Encoding settings, I have the choice of either:

x264
Nvidia NVENC

The x264 seems to be working just fine, but my CPU usage gets too high.

The Nvidia NVENC lowers my CPU usage, but every time I stream it comes out as a black screen. This does NOT happen when I preview the stream. During preview it looks 100% perfect. I have tried many different Scenes with Monitor, Game, and Window capture. You name it, it is black screened on Twitch.tv.

If you want to give x264 another try:
Your CPU Usage goes high because you are Streaming 1080p. Downscale to 720p. This will safe alot Power for your CPU. Since u are using preset: ultrafast at 1080p, i think this will look like garbage.

720p@30 with veryfast should safe CPU Power and looks good enough.

Is your Webcam a Global Source? If not, change that.

And how exactly do I change 1080p to 720p?
