Question / Help Stream Choppy - No Frame Loss

Hello all,

Here is my log for reference: http://pastebin.com/vXDEULFg

I'm not sure if I'm being hyper sensitive to it now but I feel like my stream was never this bad. Here's a good example but this can be found pretty much everywhere in the VOD:

It's not smooth and choppy at some parts I almost feel like it's degraded somehow.

Anyway, you can see my system specs in the log. When streaming I'm not noticing any frame loss and the cpu seems to be maxing at around 80% usage so I feel this shouldn't be bottlenecking me.

2500 bit rate 800p@30frames is what I'm trying to stream. As per speed test i had 59d/27up so something just feels like it may be in my settings. In this stream i had Process Priority set to "above normal" but same was happening on normal.

Let me know your thoughts, thanks for the help.

Actually from some further searching looks like SLI might be the problem. My machine runs two GTX 680s and this is probably the cause of the shitty frame rate while capturing, I'll need to test this when I'm home.
