Question / Help Stream Buffers

Hi guys a got a Promblem.
I Installed my Windows again but now my Stream is all 10 seconds buffering for viewers.(2500 bitrate)
ive got 9,67-10 mb upload.
When i stream with 2000 Bitrate and 2000 Puffersize its buffering all minute~.
Now my question why the fck its laging with 10 mb upload and 2mb~ for obs ?
Use i wrong settings ?

Which part of the "My stream lags/buffers/loads" thread didn't you understand? It directly addresses this issue, explaining why it happens and things you can try to help reduce it for viewers. I'm not sure what else you're asking us to do.

ye but maybe i have wrong settings or my Computer is too slow for encode that fast idk.
searchin for any help.
I changed so much things and doesnt help...

If you've read the troubleshooting thread on this topic then you understand that it isn't something for you to fix. You don't have control over how data gets from Twitch to your viewers.
