Question / Help Stream buffering

Hello, i cant understand why my stream are buffering all the time. it plays like 5 seconds then it starts to buffer, my stream is downscaled from 1920x1080 to 1280x720 and my max bitrate and buffer size is set to 3500kb/s, and i know my internet should be capabel of doing this cuz i tried the OBS estimator, and it said the following:CPU Advice

Set FPS to 30
Consider setting FPS to 60 with a resolution downscale if you have spare CPU power for improved motion quality
Game Advice

Try to aim for the highest bitrate possible for high motion games
Use game capture if possible for maximum performance.
Use window capture with Aero enabled if game capture is unavailable.
Network Advice

Your upload speed is sufficient for 720p / 1080p
Enable CFR for compatibility with streaming services
Enable CBR for improved stream stability
Recommended max bitrate: 3500
Recommended buffer size: 3500


And i run the stream in 30FPS and yes i got 100/10 fiberoptic cabel. and getting about 120/11-14 mbit on speedtest. please help :)


My computer components is :
MOBO: MSI Z87-GD65
CPU: Intel i5 4670k, 3,4 GHz
RAM: Corsair 8GB, 1866MHz VENGEANCE PRO
GPU: NVIDIA® GeForce GTX 780 3GB DirectCU II

lower your bitrate/buffer to 2000-2500 and pray to god

And what do you mean about that? :o (new to streaming) if i can stream that high quality, why would i lower the buffer/bit to lower?

The buffering is part of Twitch's new video delivery system. If you're having a hard time downloading the video fast enough from Twitch's servers, it will buffer. Sometimes this is because Twitch is being slow, and sometimes this is because you don't have enough download bandwidth to watch the stream fast enough. But if you lower your bit rate, it will be easier to download faster.

But the strange thing is, i dont watch my own stream. And while my firends wich got like just 1mbit up, can stream in 720p without buffering problem. but i get it, and its just some ppl who got the buffer problem on my stream while they can look at my friends streams without the buffering shit :S

yes the closest i can, its like 300km from here, the same as my friends stream to. But this is constatly? :(

When you're not partnered, people have to be able to download the stream at the same rate as you uploaded it. If they cannot, then it'll buffer.

The quoted specs on any particular person's internet connection don't matter than much, because at best it only means they'll get that speed from them to the first hop on the internet. After that, there's a million reasons why they might not get full speed. So your friend with a high speed line still might not be able to get your 3500 bitrate upload to Twitch without buffering. One solution is to lower your bitrate so that more people can watch your stream without buffering.

A lot of people don't have good enough internet connections to handle 3500 bitrate downloading even if they don't have any other problems, they just don't pay for high speed, or it isn't available where they live, or they are over a data cap, etc etc.

Then they shouldn't watch streams. 3500kbps is like 440KB/s .. Not a whole lot in these days. Even a 5 mbit connection should be able to handle that (including the 10% overhead), and that's no way near being "high speed".

But the reality is not the same. It depends from connection speed and a lot of other factor so a 5mb speed should not be sufficient for every people (depens of charge pc bloatwares etc...)

The best way for twitch is being partner (not so easy) to unlock automatic transcode options.
