Question / Help Stream buffering & suddenly jumps

Hello ive experianced some kind of like screen jumping while im streaming on my stream.

When im at a location and people watch the stream it suddenly jumps ahead and starts buffering a while after that.

My internet connection = Downloadspeed 90mbit/s and upload 100mbit/s

my pc is decent - Intel i5-4670k 3.40 GHZ and Graphics card GTX 660 Ti


any help would be awesome!

what is your Bitrate set to, for twitch? as 3500 is the max they generally want most users to utilize for the video bitrate.
