Question / Help Stream Buffering help?

Alright I have just got new internet and my upload speed is 18 so I thought that it would be quite easy to stream but I have been having a horrible time, I've been here for hours trying to get my stream to stop buffering as my friends say that it's buffering. The game that I'm streaming is CounterStrike GO, thanks in advance, please check my log and give me the best setting, thanks. :)

11000 bitrate is excessive and gets so banned really quick on twitch and so does 5000
3500 is pretty much recommended max for PARTNERED streams

for us filthy non-partnered streamers we recommend staying between 2000-2500 for 720p30

also dont use a slower preset on an i5 ... you will have performance issues
