Question / Help Stream Buffering. Fixes don't work

My stream has been working fine since I started it a few months ago but now it's always buffering. My bitrate was 3k for a long time and it worked fine but I lowered it by increments of 250 until 1000 and it never stopped the buffering. Is there an alternate fix to this problem?

theres no real solution to buffering

other than lowering the bitrate and even that wont help sometimes

i do have the same problems the last 2 months on twitch thats why im streaming on hitbox lately
