Question / Help Stream buffering every 30s - UPC Modem

Hey guys!


Okay i try so much things but my stream on twitch is buffering every fucking seconds if i set the bitrate over 1500.
I used google and found many guys who had the same problem and this guys have the same cable modem (upc ubee).

Checked out some other channels (non partner) and they stream with 200-300 without buffering...
My connection is fine!

If i use "tracert live.twitch.tv" its timed out after the 6th one.
Is this the reason why its buffering? My ISP does not provide a reliable route to the twitch site?

Or is this not the problem?

Again, there are multiple posts everyday about this issue and the answer is always the same. Unless you are dropping frames in OBS, then this is a problem on Twitch's end, not yours. So there is nothing you can do about it, other than deal with it, or stream somewhere else.
