Question / Help Stream buffering every 3 seconds or so...

So I've been trying to set up my stream on twitch and I'm having this issue where the stream first takes ages to load (in the dashboard) and then continously buffers for 10-15+ seconds just to play around 3 seconds of video and audio before it starts buffering again.

Running speedtest, I got 92.28 Mbps up so that shouldnt be an issue. I also live really close to the stockholm twith server so that seems unlikely to be the issue...

I don't have the strongest CPU, but I've tried downscaling from 1.5x (1280x720) and 30 fps to 2.0x and 25 fps. No difference whatsoever. I've also tried reducing the bitrate as far down as 600 kbps and everywhere in between that and 2000 kbps. The buffering/stuttering is on point no matter what settings I run, and I'm running out of options here...

Appreciate the help!

So, as it turns out, it was actually just the preview on twitch that failed to load for some reason... I finally managed to pop the stream on my phone (shitty signal) and the stream was as smooth as it could possibly have been!

Just a question about the frame-dropping. Is it this line in the log?:
"Number of b-frames dropped: 0 (0%), Number of p-frames dropped: 0 (0%), Total 0 (0%)"

So for anyone else, like me, being a noob in the whole streaming business. Do NOT trust the stream preview on Twitch. Have a friend try watching the stream.

Happy broadcasting!
