Question / Help Stream buffering and "jumping" forward.

Hello. Just to stream abit, and as topic says it starts buffering and "jumping" over parts of my gameplay. ill show you some pics on my settings and stuff below! :) I really wonder what i should do :(

Could be related to your PC specs. What are they?

I dont really think so. Using an Intel 7-3820 @ 3.60 GHZ with 12GB Ram and nVidia Geforce 670 gfx :(

All drivers etc are up to date aswell. Im not a serious streamer but it's annoying when im trying to for some friends ^^
