Hi,

I am having an issue with my stream bitrate just recently where is not allowing me to stream over 1000kbps and is constantly exceeding 3000kbps which is making it hard for my viewers to watch the stream. Please help.

When there is traffic congestion between you, your ISP and the twitch ingest, the stalled packets stop and go like traffic which could make the bitrate on the display of OBS drop and exceed while it catches up. the problem that needs to be fixed first is the stalled packets.
