Question / Help Stream audio cutting out on other resolutions in twitch

Heya, so basically my friend has this problem that the audio on his stream has this cracking, studdering or even full audio cut out, but when it's switched to source then it works, we are so confused about it and help would be pretty good

He is using a capture card for his Xbox one and streaming from his PC, before he didn't had a problem like it but now after getting the capture card it's just a mess
