Hi folks,
I've been a long time streamer of LoL with no issues and now that I am looking to go a bit more intense with CoD I am having a hard time figuring out that "prefect" configuration. I am streaming CoD off my X1 to my PC using OBS. using an i7 3930k with a 660ti.
The only issue I am having is complete blockyness when moving, naturally statnding still it looks amazing =P
I've tried OBS as default settings, utilized the estimator and followed it precisely.
My current setting is a downscale to 720 with 60fps and anywhere from 2000-3500bit.
I am completely lost and as I try more configurations and it fails the more i get frustrated and as we all know trying to accomplish anything while pissed usually doesn't go well.
