Question / Help Stream and OBS are lagging / Ingame its all good.

Hello,

I just wanted to turn my Stream on and play few games after I upgraded to Windows 10.

Shortly after I found my ingame settings and OBS Settings my Ingame performence was all fine bewteen 150-200FPS in CS:GO. At first I didnt noticed it until a viewer told me so I opend up my stream and my OBS and both were lagging like hel so like 60 Frames per 5 Seconds only. it was rellay strange because ingame it was all fine.

the cpu speed is not correct ist 4.3MHz.

A guy told me i should make my own thread. So im posting it right now.
