Question / Help Stream 30 FPS and Record 60 FPS at the same time.

HI !

I think that the title is clear. ^^ I want stream, and send 30 frame per second, but i also want record the live with 60 frame per second. Is it possible ?
-If yes: How i configure that.
-If no: I will suggest the idea :)
