in jtvping and speedtest my ping is good, upload also good. but when i streaming e get frame drop 50+%

The VOD for me looks absolutely fine as well. If you're having ping problems, couple be a fault modem or router. It has nothing to do with OBS. you could try connecting to a server you get better ping to, or try a variation of different servers.
