Question / Help Strange frames in to file record

I'm new to recording with OBS but on mostly default settings i've got some frames like this:
good frame

and bad one

What can cause such graphic artifacts?

Looks like too low bitrate to me. If you're recording to disk you probably want to set it up like this instead of the defaults which are meant for streaming: https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/how-to-make-high-quality-local-recordings.12600

Thanks I'll check those settings out next time. For now cutting crappy frames out. There is like 40 of them so i've lost bit more than 1s of video.
