Question / Help Strange Frame Drops

Hello Guys,

im having a strange problem here and i cannot resolve it by myself.

The problem is that i am getting frame drops on some games, actually just in Counterstrike: Global Offensive.
Usually, when i play without Streaming, i am getting around 300 fps.

But when i turn on OBS and start to stream, my fps are dropping from 300 to like 100 or even 80 and then back to 300, happens like every 5 Seconds or so.
It only happens if i play this game, every other game runs smooth as bananas.

Even more demanding games like Crysis or Arma 3 works like a charm with OBS turned on. I even played a bit with the OBS settings, doesnt matter what settings i put in, its the same problem, even on default settings its the same.

I even changed the resolution ingame from like 1080p to whatever, same problem.

Maybe someone already knows about that problem?

Here are my specs, just in case:
ASUS GTX760 OC
Intel i5 3.8 Ghz
16Gigs of ram
500GB SSD 500/400 RW

Internet Connection is 150Mbit down and 10Mbit up.

Also i am having 2 Monitors but that shouldn't be a problem, at least i hope.

Streaming is very demanding. Do you really need that high FPS? Most monitors can only display 60 FPS, some 120.

Its not that much of a problem but still, i mean why only this game? Every other game runs fine.

It happens to the other games, too, but perhaps you are simply more sensitive to it in CS:GO. That's why people use 2-PC setups to stream. You can always lower your resolution, OBS FPS, and change x264 preset to superfast/ultrafast to ease the CPU load of streaming.
