Question / Help Strange audio bug

For whatever reason OBS doesn't pick up desktop audio unless I mute and unmute it after I've started streaming. Mic audio picks up fine though. While it's nothing more than a minor inconvenience it is still an inconvenience, any help is greatly appreciated. Here's my most recent log but the problem occurs every time I stream.
