Question / Help Stops Recording at a random point in my video

So when ever I begin to record a game that is not minecraft, OBS randomly Stops recording mid-way through the video and I don't even have a hotkey set for the video to stop recording. It is becoming Stressful for me because I need to make videos and I get paid to do it and I only like using OBS to record and It is really annoying me to a point where I'm going to get reallyyyy upset. Please Help me -TJ Choquette

I have this issue as well. Log attached.
I tried to do a runthrough of Portal, but it cut out 14 minutes in without warning.
Subsequent attempts made captures considerably smaller than that.

Just adding another log. I disabled the Steam Overlay for this purpose to see if it had any effect, killed f.lux and some other background programs I noticed were running, and restarted OBS. Did not make a difference.

Note that I'm saving to a local file and have no issues with network latency or such that could be the issue.
The log talks about a hook already existing in d3d9.dll but it can't identify it. I found no other programs running that could do this as far as I can tell with my limited non-software developer knowledge.
