Question / Help Still getting fps drops

Hi I am still getting some kind of fps drops, I am not sure if it's just fps drops or what it is, but my stream is lagging that's all I know.
I wrote my log before as well, and was told that everything looked fine, but after that I got no answer back on what the problem could be...
So can anybody help me plz ?

Judging from your previous thread, it sounds like you're having playback issues on the site itself, and not with the recorded files or anything? We can't help you with that in any other way than going "lower your bandwidth until the stalling stops", that's completely up to Twitch and you and your friends' ISP routing to Twitch's CDN servers.

I don't think that's the problem I tried to set everything so low and still the same problem.
So I am almost sure it's something with your program.
If I use xsplit as well it doesn't lag at all on the stream, that's only me who lags a bit, since xsplit requires better computer then obs does, that's why I wanna fix it ^^
