Question / Help Still Freezing after video card upgrade (560ti to 960)

Could use some expertise here please. Stream works great for 5-10 mins, then it freezes for 30-180 seconds. I really thought it was due to my video card being an old gtx 560 ti. So I upgraded today and I'm still occurring this freezing issue.

From the timeouts in the logfile, it looks like an issue with your network connection's stability. Also, are you trying to watch the stream on the same machine you're streaming from? Not recommended to do that.

I'll double check my network connections. I didn't even bother since it streams fine from the ps and xb consoles.
Not really watching my stream, but on OBS the stream does appear in it's panel box.
