Question / Help Steam games not working

So i can capture games out side of my steam library but i can only caputre games from my steam library if its in window mode and i dont perfer to play it in window mode. I had RE4 working last night from the game capture option. but now when i try to do it RE4 does not even show up as an application that i can choose in game capture. i noticed it was with all my steam games. any tips?

Have you tried running OBS as an administrator? Although then the Windows are normally listed in the lower section of the GameCapture window with an information that you need to do this :)
If that does not help, please show us a log file to make sure we are not missing anything!
