Question / Help Steam crashes / laggs every couple minutes or so

I get reports all the time of people who watched my stream, the stream crashed / lagged out and they ended up in the loading screen needing to refresh the page to load the video again.

I am streaming poker videos on custom 1920 x 1340 resolution.

I tried changing the options couple times with no result.

I am connected to the London server which is the closest one.
I am using a fiber internet connection with 5 to 10mbps of upload speed(with utorrent ON)

you are using local recording setting for a stream.
first, change bitrate to 2500 or less, then buffer to the same, then change profile to main, then turn on CBR and CRF (constant frame rate), then remove the custom x264 settings (customer CRF settings are for local recording only).

Next, your quality will be horrible with 1080@30 because you are using the ultrafast preset, since your CP cant handle veryfast. Change back to veryfast and downscale to 720p.
