Question / Help Static on my side, no webcam

So I have the newest obs, on board audio.

usb headset ( turtlebeachs px21)
usb mouse
usb keyboard
usb passthrough with keyboard ( using usb wifi )


and i have no static unless im previewing or actually streaming.

programs
League of legends
steam
ventrilo
few tabs of chrome ( 1 of them is playing the music ) or using spotify doesnt matter still has static
obs

Phenom II X4 B55 quad core 3.3ghz
8gb ram
geforce 550 TI

This is usually due to motherboard/driver/device issues while multiple devices are active at once on your system, which is why it occurs while streaming/previewing. It's usually a specific combination of devices used in certain ports. Switching ports around for devices can sometimes help, sometimes not.

I'm having the same problem, this is a huge problem, but no one is able to fix it.
