startup flags don't work on win 11

After updating to windows 11 obs is asking me if it should start in safe mode after not being shut down properly every time i start my computer as i have it on auto start.

This

"C:\Program Files\obs-studio\bin\64bit\obs64.exe" --disable-shutdown-check

is the target field in the shortcut i have in

C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

it worked in win 10 perfect fine.

this has nothing to do with the operating system change, that flag was removed from OBS. if you are seeing the safe mode prompt because you are shutting down your PC with OBS open that should no longer show up as of OBS 32.0.4. if you are seeing this under other circumstances you'd want to post a log here so we can take a look.
