I'm trying to record using the hotkeys, but this error message pops up instead:

Note: If you are using the NVENC or AMD encoders, make sure your video drivers are up to date.
I can record normally by clicking on the button, but the hotkeys don't work and I don't know why. Both my Nivida and Amd are updated. Help, please.
