Hello.
Like 1 week ago all was nice.
but not when i open game, launch obs and making game active to allow obs capture it, i instantly getting 50-100 frames dropped due rendering, no matter which game i run, my gpu and cpu far from being capped at this time.
And it happens even before i starting my stream.
it can cause audio buffering also.
before i had audio buffering issue only when i closing game after stream.

What can cause it?

i suggest you watch this video one is for recording other is for streaming also in settings check this settings-->Advanced-->General-->process priority:Normal

Your log is incomplete & lacks an encoding session but I can see in your screenshot that you have Rendering Lag @ 1.3%. Rendering lag is GPU overload plain & simple.

How its possible that it occurs only when obs starts to capture window, but after that there will be no new dropped frames.

Possibly frame rate conversion and GPU overload:
144 | 12
60 | 5

120 | 2
60 | 1

Try setting your monitor to 120 Hz, capping your games 120 FPS, setting mutlipass mode to single pass and disable adaptive quantization. Those use additional GPU
