Question / Help Start Streaming/Recording Not Working?

When I click Start Streaming or Start Recording, nothing happens. I read from previous posts that the Audio sample rate needs to be at 44.1khz, but my settings show this. What do I do? Log file attached for all to see.

I get the same thing when I press Start Recording. Even though the log doesn't show it, I still get the same result.

If you are trying to encode with AMD AMF encoder, update plugin

and try again.

Of course, also update AMD Graphics card drivers

Tried this with no success. My graphics card does not support a VCE. Therefore, I don't think a plugin would do me any good. The latest log read this:

17:56:09.716: [AMF Encoder] No detected GPU supports H264 encoding.

Does this mean that OBS has stopped working completely?
