Is CS:GO running at 1920x1080 (or some other 16:9 resolution) as well? If it's running at a different aspect ratio it won't fill the canvas without further adjustment.
yes, it's running, minecraft too. Minecraft runs in 1920x1018 but it's good, sometimes takes the maximum resolution, but cs:go it's running in fullscreen bordless 1920x1080, i think, and it worked good too.
