Spotify static noise using Application Audio Output Capture

Greetings - I did search for similar problems but I have come up empty.

After about an hour or so of streaming while using Spotify as a separate music source under the Application Audio Output Capture feature, spotify will turn staticy/noisy for viewers.

This does not happen with desktop audio. Only when using application audio output capture. And is consistently reproducible after about an hour or hour and half of streaming. Users complain of noise - closing and reopening spotify seems to reset the clock.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I get the same issue and can't figure it out, did you find a solution?

Have tried updating drivers, spotofy app/site, plugging mics into different usbs, nothing.

As the title says, I have random audio issues where the sound crackles kind of like if you put your speaker in front of a big fan. It only happens with App audio capture, no issues with my microphone for example, also it only happens on the stream, I can't hear in in my headphones. I've tried...
