Question / Help Spotify Audio Not Working?

Hey, I'm trying to take audio from Spotify and have it go into my stream so my views have something to listen to.

Its not really working, all I really want and need is to have audio from my desktop inserted to my OBS.

This is really urgent and I would appreciate it if someone helped me out. Thanks.

P.S. I'm on a mac.
