Question / Help Spiky & grainy local recordings

60fps, smooth.
Lag spikes & grainy videos.
Used for CS:GO.

Specs:
i5-4690K
R9 270X
8GB 1333MHz DDR3 Ram

Should be able to handle 60fps 720p.
Can someone review my log?

fix your crf command to have an actual number instead of X recommended around 20. set preset to superfast.

If you are running windows 10, update your OBS. with this version you can now use game capture properly.

Lastly, make sure you disable the xbox game DVR feature.
