Question / Help Speakers and microphone out of sync

I just tried to sing karaoke while broadcasting. But I found out that the system sounds and microphone are out of sync. How can I sync it, so I can sing karaoke without microphone having delayed? The delay varies, once it's OK, once it's not OK, so I can't set it strictly to XX ms.

I tried to set "Global Audio Sync Offset" to 100ms, but it still doesn't seem to work properly. :-(

You can't really delay the system much. This is one reason that not too many people sing karaoke... and most streamers actively try to avoid humming or singing along with in-game music, as a 100-300ms delay is pretty normal for webcam lip sync, and though it's been requested (numerous times) there's no way to delay game video/audio to match times with cam/mic.
You might try turning on Mic QPC timestamps to help normalize the delay, but it's likely to persist with having an offset, especially if you're sync'd with a cam.
